Follow the steps below to ensure your rigid sign prints correctly with the best possible quality.

Step 1 — Select Your Options First

On the product page, choose:

  • Material: Corriboard / Foamex 3mm / Foamex 5mm / Dibond

  • Size: Standard size (A5–A0) or Custom size

  • Print: Single-sided or Double-sided

  • Units: Quantity

👉 Your artwork must match the exact size selected (width × height).

Step 2 — Create Your Artwork at the Final Size

Design your file at actual size (do not scale after uploading).

Recommended setup:

  • CMYK colour mode

  • 150–300 DPI (larger signs can use 150 DPI)

  • Use vector logos when possible (PDF/AI)

📌 Avoid low-resolution images from web/social media — they may print pixelated.

Step 3 — Add Bleed + Safe Margin (Important)

To avoid white edges and trimming issues:

  • Add 3 mm bleed on all sides if your design has background colour/image to the edge

  • Keep important content (text, logos, QR codes) at least 10 mm inside from the edges

Step 4 — Double-Sided Printing (If Selected)

If you choose Double-sided:

  • Upload 2 files (Front + Back), or

  • Upload one multi-page PDF:

    • Page 1 = Front

    • Page 2 = Back

Suggested file names:

  • RigidSign_Front.pdf

  • RigidSign_Back.pdf

📌 Make sure both sides are set to the same size and orientation.

Step 5 — Export Your File Correctly

Recommended format:

  • PDF (print-ready)

Also accepted:

  • PNG / JPG (high quality)

Before exporting:

  • Convert fonts to outlines/curves

  • Flatten transparencies/effects if needed

  • Export in high quality (avoid “web” compression)

Step 6 — Upload Your File

Upload your print-ready file(s) on the product page.

  • A free file check is included

  • If we spot any issue (size, bleed, resolution), we’ll contact you before printing

  • Production starts only after approval

Important Notes

  • We print exactly what is supplied

  • Low-resolution artwork may appear blurred or pixelated

  • Colours may vary slightly between screen and print

  • Reprints due to artwork errors may incur additional costs
