Step 1 — Create Your Artwork at the Final Size

Your file must be created at the exact size selected during purchase.

  • Do not scale the artwork after uploading

  • Do not send files smaller than the final print size

  • The size shown on the product page is the size that will be printed

📌 Example: If you order a 100 × 150 cm banner, your file must be 100 × 150 cm.

Step 2 — Use High-Resolution Files

For sharp, professional results:

  • Resolution: 300 DPI recommended (minimum 150 DPI for large formats)

  • Avoid low-resolution images taken from websites or social media

  • Enlarging small images may result in pixelation or blur

⚠️ Low-resolution files will print exactly as supplied.

Step 3 — Accepted File Formats

Upload your artwork directly on the product page.

We accept:

  • PDF (recommended)

  • JPG (high quality)

  • PNG (high quality)

👉 Make sure files are not compressed or exported for web use.

Step 4 — Colour Mode

  • Use CMYK colour mode for best colour accuracy

  • RGB files will be automatically converted, which may cause colour variations

📌 Colours on screen may differ slightly from the final printed result.

Step 5 — Margins & Important Content

  • Keep important text, logos, and details away from the edges

  • Leave a small safety margin to avoid trimming issues

  • Backgrounds or images can extend to the edge if required

This helps prevent accidental cropping during finishing.

Step 6 — Check Your File Before Uploading

Before submitting your order, please verify:

  • Correct size

  • Correct orientation

  • Text is readable

  • Images are sharp

  • No spelling mistakes

Important Quality Notice

  • We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution files
