How to Create & Send Your Artwork

Follow the steps below to ensure your acrylic table sign is printed correctly and with the best possible quality.

Step 1 — Choose the Size

Select the size of your table sign on the product page:

  • A6 (10 × 15 cm)

  • A5 (15 × 21 cm)

  • A4 (21 × 29.7 cm)

👉 Your artwork must be created at the same size selected during purchase.

Step 2 — Create Your Artwork

Design your file at actual size, using a clean and simple layout.

For best results:

  • Resolution: 300 DPI recommended

  • Colour mode: CMYK

  • Keep text, logos, and QR codes away from the edges

  • Ensure QR codes are large enough to be scanned easily

📌 Avoid very small text or low-contrast colours.

Step 3 — File Formats Accepted

Upload your artwork directly on the product page.

We accept:

  • PDF (recommended)

  • PNG

  • JPG

👉 Files exported for web or low resolution may result in poor print quality.

Step 4 — Base Option (If Customised)

If you choose a customised base:

  • Include the logo, text, or message you want on the base

  • You may upload it in the same file or as a separate file

  • Clearly indicate which artwork is for the acrylic and which is for the base

📌 If no base artwork is provided, the standard non-customised base will be used.

Step 5 — Upload Your Files

  • Upload your print-ready file(s) in the upload section

  • You may upload multiple files if needed

  • Add any instructions in the “Notes / Observations” field

A free file check is included with every order.

Step 6 — File Review & Production

  • Our team will review your file before printing

  • If any adjustment is needed, we’ll contact you

  • Production starts only after the file is approved

  • Low-resolution files may appear blurred or pixelated

  • Colour variations may occur between screen and print

  • Reprints due to artwork errors may incur additional costs
