Step 1 — Choose Your Options

Select your preferences on the product page:

  • Size: A6 / A5 / A4

  • Colour: Clear / White / Black / Frosted / Custom

  • Mounting: Double face tape or Standoff holder

👉 Your artwork should match the size and style you select.

Step 2 — Create Your Design at the Final Size

Design your file at the exact size selected (A6, A5 or A4).

Best settings:

  • Resolution: 300 DPI

  • Colour mode: CMYK

  • Use high-quality logos (vector recommended)

📌 Avoid low-resolution images — they may print blurry.

Step 3 — Keep a Safe Margin

To avoid trimming or hole/edge issues:

  • Keep all important elements (text, logos) at least 10 mm away from the edges

  • Avoid placing text too close to corners

This ensures a clean, balanced look.

Step 4 — Mounting Guidelines (Important)

🔹 Double Face Tape (No Holes)

  • Ideal for smooth walls and quick installation

  • Design can use the full area (just keep the safe margin)

🔹 Standoff Holder (With Holes)

  • Plaque requires corner holes for the stand-offs

  • Keep text/logos away from the corner area

  • We will place holes in a standard safe position unless you provide a specific layout

📌 If you want precise hole placement, include a note with the measurements.

Step 5 — Background & Contrast Tips

Depending on the acrylic colour:

  • Clear / Frosted: use strong contrast so text remains readable

  • Black / White: great for bold designs and clean branding

  • For small text, choose high-contrast colours to improve readability

Step 6 — Export Your File

Recommended format:

  • PDF (print-ready)

Also accepted:

  • PNG / JPG (high quality)

Before exporting:

  • Convert fonts to outlines/curves

  • Flatten effects/transparencies if needed

Step 7 — Upload & Submit

  • If we find any issue, we’ll contact you before printing

  • Production starts only after approval
